Tuna cocktail with avocado and mayonnaise

  • Finely chop A. with a food processor. Then place it in a plastic bag to squeeze out the water.
  • Cut the avocado in half and take out the fruit with a spoon. Mix it into 1. and add B to it as well. Mix well inside the plastic bag.
  • Add 2. to the boiled shrimp and tuna, and adjust the taste with salt. Serve it using the avocado skin as a bowl, and decorate with tomatoes.

飾り用プチトマト2個 少し細かくカット
