Tuna piccata with Nori

  • Sprinkle salt and pepper on the tuna and top with seaweed (Nori).
  • In a separate bowl combine the sauces together.
  • In another bowl add soft wheat-flour, powdered cheese, salt, and a beaten egg. Mix well.
  • Put plenty of oil in the frying pan, and heat. Take ① and dip it in ③ then fry each side for up to two minutes under medium heat.
  • Add the sauce.
